How much does domestic shipping cost?
Answer: All Domestic shipping is FREE!!! All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email with your tracking # and it can be tracked on www.usps.com We do offer express shipping with USPS Express and the price varies for different items . All prices can be found at Shipping-Info

When will my order ship?
Answer: We ship promptly 6 days a week. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday - Friday, and 1:00 p.m. Eastern, Saturday, will ship out the same day. After those time the order will ship on the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method you select. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day from our Utah distribution center. Domestic orders shipped via Priority Mail arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. International orders shipped via Priority Mail should arrive within 7-15 days or longer depending on your countries customs process.

Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do ship worldwide. All international items will be shipped with USPS International Priority Mail.

How much does international shipping cost?

Can you mark my international package as a gift or at lower value to avoid customs fees?
Answer: If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the purchase price of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Answer: We accept returns and exchanges on all items for a full refund.

  • Item must be shipped back to our offices within 10 days of its delivery to your door.
  • Returned merchandise must not HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and have ALL original tags attached.
  • Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Where do I send my return?
    Answer: Please send all returns with either a copy of your invoice or a note explaining whether you want a refund or exchange. Ship the package to:

    How do I exchange an item purchased?
    Option 1: If an exchange is desired please contact us and provide us with the size you want to exchange so we can hold it for you. Ship the package to us. Once we receive your item back we will ship out the other size and email you with the tracking #.

    Do you charge sales tax?
    Answer: Sales tax is only charged for orders with a Utah billing address. You will see any applicable taxes in your shopping cart before confirming charges to your credit card.

    I have a coupon code. Where do I use this during the check out process?
    Answer: After adding the items wanted to you cart, on the view cart page you can enter in your Coupon Code and click Apply.

    I have Coupon Code will it work on the Deal of Day?
    Answer: The Deal of The Day is marked at the lowest price for that day therefore no coupon codes will work on those items.

    I am trying to checkout with PayPal and cannot complete my order.
    Answer: After logging into PayPal you will be directed back to our website to review and place your order. About half way down the page you have to select the shipping method and click the Update Shipping Method button. Then you can click on the Place Order Button. If that does not work please send us an email at customerservice@lunaticshopper.com and we will send you an invoice directly from PayPal.
